Problem
The same product costs different amounts in different online shops, and comparing them by hand takes time. The project also tests whether one person can build and run a real service with AI agents writing the code.

Role
System design and rules, product and technical decisions. Agents wrote most of the code.
- Codex and Claude Code agents work in parallel. A coordinator hands out the work, and a scheduler keeps usage within limits.
- A shared task list for the agents (Beads) that shows which tasks wait on others, plus short work instructions.
- Every change is tested in 69 steps. The main code branch is protected, and a release can be rolled back.
- Over 1,100 code changes between July and October 2026.
