Problem
Building alone with agents produces a lot of output fast, and it is easy to move to the next phase on a hunch instead of on evidence.
Value
A builder knows at each phase what evidence is enough to move on, and the next step is decided by a rule instead of a mood.
Role
Author of the model, the templates and the agent prompts. Defined the active-cycle schema and its validator.
- Classified every claim by the evidence behind it and tied each phase gate to the evidence it needs.
- Wrote the templates for the foundation audit, the phase gate, the product core, the active bet and the evidence ledger.
- Wrote an agent prompt for each phase and a daily router that picks the phase to work in.
- Defined the active-cycle file as a schema with a validator, so the state of a product is checked, not assumed.
Limits
- A written model with templates and a validator, not an application.
